Minister of Natural Resources of China visited CMA

BEIJING, JAN.31 (China Mining) Wang Guanghua, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Minister of the Ministry of Natural Resources, visited China Mining Association, and had an indepth discussion with CMA staff on the promotion of the strategic action of prospecting breakthrough and the promotion of the high-quality development of the mining economy.
 
After listening to the work introduction of Cheng Liwei, President of China Mining Association, Minister Wang Guanghua fully affirmed the work of China Mining Association in building a mining exchange platform, carrying out green mine construction, supporting the implementation of mining policies, and serving the development of geological exploration team and mining enterprises since its establishment 34 years ago. Since its establishment, China Mining Association has developed into a 4A-level national advanced social organization with more than 2,000 members and 19 branches such as the Geological and Mineral Exploration Branch and the Mine Safety Professional Committee, and has become an important power supporting the mining management work of the Ministry of Natural Resources.

Focusing on the in-depth implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, ensuring the security of national energy resources and important industrial chains and supply chains, and striving to promote the green transformation and high-quality development of the mining industry, Minister Wang Guanghua expressed his hope that the China Mining Association should continue to play its core business functions. 

As the New Year approaches, Minister Wang Guanghua expressed his greetings to the national geological exploration team and mining enterprises through China Mining Association, wishing everyone an auspicious Year of the Loong and a successful career.

The heads of relevant departments and bureaus of the ministry participated the meeting as well.
