BEIJING,June 15(Chinamining)--Wu Guohua, Vice President of China Mining Association and his delegation visited the Embassy of the Republic of Zambia in China and held friendly talks with the Commercial Counselor Sauka Chinji.
During the meeting, Wu first thanked Counsellor Sauka Chinji for his warm reception and introduced the basic information of China Mining Association. At the same time, he introduced the preparation work done for 2021 China Mining Conference and Exhibition which will be held in Tianjin on October 21-23, 2021. He invited the ambassador to attend the opening ceremony and participate in the country promotion session, and also set up an exhibition booth on site, taking this opportunity to promote the exchanges and cooperation between two governments and enterprises in the field of mining.
Sauka Chinji, the commercial counselor of Zambia expressed his gratitude for the visit and invitation of China Mining Association, and reviewed Zambia's previous participation in the conference. He said that he was glad to accept the invitation of China Mining Association and would actively participate in the relevant activities of China Mining 2021 after a long absence of ten years. He said that Zambia attaches great importance to the participation of China Mining Conference and Exhibition, he will make full use of the conference to mobilize domestic enterprises to actively participate in the exhibition, publicize and promote the investment opportunities in Zambian mining industry and strengthen bilateral cooperation in the mining field.
The meeting was also attended by First Economic Secretary of the Zambian Embassy in China Chola and relevant personnel of the International Cooperation Department of China Mining Association.
